From initial contact to final completion I cannot fault Colne Valley Windows. We already had a conservatory, but after 22 years it was not fit for purpose. The new conservatory was erected on the existing walls and a tiled roof was installed to replace the existing clear composite roof. We now have a ‘garden room’ we can use all year round. After completion of this work they were instructed to replace the French doors between lounge and conservatory with a sliding patio door to give a more usual space. I would recommend Colne Valley Windows to anyone who wants a conservatory/sunroom.

Lee could have got away with selling me a new back door, but instead he offered to mend the old one, and agreed to adjust other doors, for a really good price that saved me hundreds. He's also fitted a front door that is really smart a couple of years on. And he's local.

We required several misted upvc window units replaced and Colne Valley Windows provided a very competitive quote. From measuring to finally fitting the units we were kept fully informed on how the order was progressing .When the units were actually replaced the fitters arrived punctually at the designated time, and did a very clean and tidy installation, even to the extent of placing plastic overshoes over their outdoor shoes to protect our carpets. Highly recommended.

One of the reasons why I chose Colne Valley Windows was due to the reviews and ratings on here. I can't praise Colne Valley enough. The windows are really good quality and were a good price. Lee, Sam and Paul did a really good job of installing them, were polite and friendly, and I think, left the place cleaner than before they arrived. Communication with Charley throughout the process was excellent, quick, informative and helpful.
