  Collisco Property Maintenance Limited undertook the complete repainting of our newly purchased four bed property which was in desperate need of a new look. The service provided was of excellent quality and professionalism. The finishing was prestine and the customer service reliable and exceptional. Our house turned out looking brand new! I will definitely be a repeat business and will highly recommend Collin and the team.

  decorating hall, stairs, landings

  we needed hall, stairs (2 flights) and landings in a town house, plus dining room redecorating, including all woodwork (14 doorframes, banister, skirting) and sorting some wall damage. Collins was able to come the next day to quote, managed to fit us in when we needed and finished a day earlier than the agreed two weeks. Very pleased with the attention to detail, neat clean lines etc. Collins treated our property with respect and kept us informed of any days with a later start/early finish so we knew what was going on.   They arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect my furniture and flooring. The finish is absolutely flawless — smooth, even, and exactly the colour I wanted. They were also very tidy, leaving everything spotless at the end of each day.
