Very quick and efficiently carried the job out and good price. Definitely recommend!

The man came out on a Sunday, seemed extremely knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problems. He said he would take the lock, match it to the correct one and be back first thing in the morning as a priority. He communicated with me by phone to keep me updated and was back as promised at the time he stated. He quoted me a reasonable price and had both the handle changed and door lifted within less than 30 minutes. He was polite and friendly and I would definitely use him again

We were going off on holiday, on leaving the house we could not close our front door. In a panic I called Collins Home Improvements and spoke to Tim (I think). He was very reassuring and arrived promptly. The fault was resolved very quickly and we were able to get away. The engineer was very friendly and efficient - thank you!
