2of the handles replaced on my windows are quite stiff to close, my back door wasn't corrected. Thought they were quite expensive, and felt rushed to give him the job before getting a written quote. He had removed the bedroom window while he left to get a part. Not very professional, would not recommend

They came the next day, and clearly explained the problem with my door handle. They got the parts and fixed it all up. Friendly and professional.
