2of the handles replaced on my windows are quite stiff to close, my back door wasn't corrected. Thought they were quite expensive, and felt rushed to give him the job before getting a written quote. He had removed the bedroom window while he left to get a part. Not very professional, would not recommend

We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service provided. Unfortunately when having to service a window it has to be taken apart to find out what bits are needed, a price was agreed and said you were happy to go ahead.
