nice guy, prompt replies and quick to arrive and examine the issue. I've yet to implement the proposed solution to dealing with the actual problem of the bad smell, but it certainly seems as though the cause has been identified and he advised on the best course of action which I'll sort myself. minor call out charge seemed reasonable. all in all, happy with result.

I contacted Andy as the cistern in our toilet was not filling with water so couldn’t use. I messaged Andy on a Saturday and he responded immediately saying he could come on the Monday to diagnose and fix. Andy was able to source a new inlet valve and siphon so he could repair same day all for a very competitive price. He also didn’t mind my young children offering to help every few mins! My go to plumber now, a very pleasant experience.
