Colin came across as quite knowledgeable and friendly but to be honest, he didn’t really have a clue and left us with a large bill to rectify his shoddy workmanship £430 He was struggling for over 4 hours to replace these 2 hinges and we could see he was getting very frustrated. At the end of the day he only charged us £30 probably because he was feeling guilty. When he had finished, the door seemed quite tight to close and lock. Two months later, the door was completely jammed and I’ve had to call out a locksmith total cost £430 so please Colin, if you’re reading this, a repayment would nice

I got replies in a timely way and was so pleased they could fit the job in quickly they committed to a date and time and turned up when they said they would and worked hard and efficiently getting the jobs done. I'm happy with the quality and the work also a very nice manner friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. The bathroom was re-tiled beautifully, the light fitting was replaced efficiently, and the new shower head was installed perfectly. The workmanship was professional, tidy, and completed to a high standard. Very pleased with the result and would happily recommend.
