I cant speak more highly of this company. Colin's communication from quote stage to completed job has been brilliant. As our first time requiring a plasterer we were unsure what to expect. Colin was really helpful in explaining the best ways to achieve the result we wanted and to ensure the work was completed to a high quality at a cost effective rate. Colin communicated with us really well and let us know when he was coming each day. Colin and his colleagues were polite and respectful, and completed the job with precision to a high standard. We would like to assure you, that the current coronavirus situation is a topic that is firmly on our agenda at all levels in order to ensure that we can continue to deliver high quality services to our customers.
Colin Williams and Son Plastering have been following guidance from the Government and Public Health England. We are developing our own robust plans to ensure that our customers are and feel safe when we are entering their homes carrying out works.
As well as constantly using anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser, all our tradesmen are consciously washing their hands thoroughly before, during and after all jobs.
For extra piece of mind, we will also be wearing gloves where necessary and can wear masks upon customers requests, along with shoe covers to limit the spread of infection.
Please be assured that we are fully committed to supporting you through this uncertain time.
