Colin was brilliant. He came round on time (asked if he could come earlier as he was ahead of schedule, but this wasn’t possible). He carried out a review and gave me some very good advice. He was honest with me and helped me a lot with this one job. I can’t recommend him enough.

Great response. Agreed to come out on a Sunday. Arrived on time and carried out work with respect and care of my property. Once fault was identified, he explained clearly what the issue was and what it would take to fix it. Provided detailed quotes for both a fix and a replacement. Excellent service and will definitely use again in the future!
