An excellent job from start to finish. The work required was to switch around the bathroom door to enable easy access for my disabled husband. Job location: LS8Colin replaced a timber soffit around our bay window. The work was done without fuss and the result is excellent. As a thoughtful improvement upon the original detail, Colin added a ‘drip groove’ to the soffit. The whole was left primed and sealed and ready for decoration. Whilst the project was a minor one, it has improved the appearance and performance of our window.

Hello, my name is Colin Nolan. I Have been working as a self-employed / sole trader for over 35yrs.
Also, I hold a CSCS gold card for works on Commercial / Retail / Industrial works. All Domestic works undertaken, I have had a fitting contract with B & Q since 2000 on kitchens and bedrooms. Also, a fitting contract with Hammonds fitted bedroom furniture since 2018 onwards. Generally, all internal domestic works undertaken from fitting doors to fitted bedrooms and kitchens. External works. All decking with or without handrails (all timbers treated) Various fencing. Outside buildings for office / utility / man woman cave with or without services.
