The remedial work needed was more extensive than first thought but I was kept up to date and fully informed at every stage each problem was discussed and suitable remedies suggested. I cannot praise the company enough fir their professionalism, honesty and efficiency. The ream were polite, pleasant and hard working and cleared up tools and the site each evening. Jordan was excellent- courteous, reliable and kept me informed. After investigating he gave me a very clear explanation and went out of his way to fit me in to his work schedule.
