Ash has been brilliant, helpful, reassuring, communicative and patient - even though there was a long gap between our initial quote and getting the work done, as soon as I got in touch with Ash a couple of months later and close to Christmas, he sprung into action and got us booked in. Even though our job wasn't urgent, Ash got in touch and managed to fit us in within 24 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable and managed to find the issue (despite some interesting wiring!) and fix everything very quickly.
