Craig, Jamie and colleague were excellent. Proper blokes, polite, friendly, knowledgable and took the time to explain everything in layman terms. Highly recommended. To put this review in context. I had never met or knew of them before calling them after a recommendation from an employee of Bromsgrove Council's Housing department.

Communication was excellent by Craig before, during and after the work. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. I was kept informed of the extent of the issues and they quoted very good prices. They tidied up really well afterwards, neater than before they arrived! I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent friendly and efficient service

Pleasant gentlemen who can't fault for there advice and help on blocked drain. Came out on a Saturday didn't do the work as not needed and didn't charge us. Thanks to people like u we will pass on your details in the future
