Zak and his team provided an excellent service. I was selling my house and the buyer insisted I had the roof re-inspected and any works done before completion. Zak came out and got his ladders out ( a previous roofer quoted the work from garden and pavement level) and checked our roof thoroughly, he quoted for the work required which was a very reasonable price. He arranged for him and his team to come the very next day and completed the work. I was very happy and he said that if our buyer needed any further information or reports on our roof to let him know. Excellent work Zak and team.

We had our roof tiles and ridge tiles replaced by Zak and his colleague, and were really impressed with the service. Quick to respond for a quote and to carry out the work. Friendly, professional, and did a great job. Everything was left tidy with no mess, and they even managed it without scaffolding thanks to their specialist ladder. Very happy with the work – highly recommend!

Overall the end result looks good Communication rubbish Attitude rubbish Work very short days which makes the job last longer than needs to be. Respect for our property not brilliant If we had known these factors we would definitely gone elsewhere, because of customer service, still currently waiting for our receipt, 2 weeks after payment

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Steve and his team did an excellent job in replacing the ridge and broken tiles to the roof. The team were reliable, arrived on time and on completion removed all debris from my property. We had Coburn to fix a leaking roof. Repairs were done promptly after initial assessment. However, the roof was still leaking and trying to get Coburn back was a nightmare. We booked at least four dates for them to come over and fix the leak. They never showed up on any occasion and no text or call. We've now had to get another roofer to come and sort the problem. Really disappointed with Coburn.

Very skillful cleaning by roofing professionals. Thorough cleaning of tiled roof, including gutters, fascia and soffits. Using non abrasive rotating jetwash head so not damaging to tiles. All moss, dirt and grime removed. Amazing result, like a new roof. Quite a big roof area of 5 bed house. Finished with preventative spray to discourage further moss growth. Very friendly and helpful team led by Zac Coburn. The job took 2 days and they left everything spotlessly clean around the house and we are extremely happy with the result.
