In September 2024 I appointed C O'Brien Plumbing Ltd to repair a burst pipe and water leak. He repaired the pipe but not the leak. He came back, after which I had no leak but I had no water from the taps and the flush toilet bowl. His young assistant came, could not fix it, contacted him by phone, the water was restored. But it disappeared, and Mr O'Brien came back. He sent me and invoice, by which time the water flow had stopped, and I informed him that I do not pay for a problem that I did not have before his visits and that he has not fixed. A negative experience, still unresolved

Curtis came out to us at short notice, he was very informative about what was going on with our faulty boiler and gave us an honest choice of what we could have repaired or what we could have replaced. We decided to go with the whole boiler replacement, he was very professional and friendly, he got the job done in minimal time, he was respectful of our property and made sure he cleared away after all the work was done. I fully recommend Curtis to anyone that needs a plumber and wouldn’t hesitate to ask him again or pass his details to anyone else who needs a plumber.

Mr O'brien was very helpful and came the next day and got the boiler working within the hour. Great service
