Do not use this company. Extremely poor service. Fail to complete the agreed works. Never call you back when they promise do do so.

We already had a Cobra alarm. It was fitted 10 years ago and wouldn’t work when the BT copper ‘phone line was discontinued. I rang the company and requested a replacement be installed. This was carried out fairly quickly and I was very happy with the result. The only issue was that two of the sensors weren’t pet friendly. This was rectified promptly.

They arrived at the appointed time for a site survey prior to quoting, the provided advice as required and the work was carried out on the selected date. The engineer was clean and tidy in his work and a completion talk on the operation of the system was provided. Excellent.

Cobra SS used to maintain my alarm and did some installation work) at my old house. I've been a customer for years so when I moved I called them. A survey was carried out and I was very happy with the quote. Installation was done over a day and a half. Nice and neat. Very happy. It's an excellent company, trustworthy and knowledgeable engineers. Been going for over 45 years. Totally recommend them.

I found Cobra to be wholly professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Keith is very experienced and knowledgeable and guided us through the options, explaining the advantages and disadvantages for each of the options. I will be approaching them again soon about the fitting of a car alarm
