Always contacted the night before to confirm they were coming and what time. Never cancelled. Fitted our work in as soon as possible. Very good communicator and always confirmed how we wanted things done. Good quality work done. Really pleased with the service overall. Connor is an absolute superstar. He is an honest, hardworking grafter, knowledgable and explains everything extremely well, his work is of a high standard, he provides quality finishes, and overall he's incrediby helpful. Connor was friendly and polite throughout, explaining the work he'd be doing and carrying out the job to a very good standard. He responded quickly to my initial request and came to give me a quote the next day, but was then happy to fit in with my schedule. Connor was friendly, courteous, polite and reliable. He was very tidy hardworking and his workmanship was faultless. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any further work I need doing.
