Lovely friendly gent, arrived same day for a boiler service, very happy thank you!

Excellent service, would highly recommend! James was very friendly and professional, certificate was issued the same day and James kept me updated throughout. Will definitely use Coast Heating and Plumbing again.

Had some issues with my water pressure and James came out to take a look. Fixed the issue and serviced the boiler. He was Professional, friendly and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Really easy and hassle-free. I will definitely be using him in the future.

James was very polite and punctual. Agreed on a time to view the property and was on-time. Provided a very competitive quote and date/s to complete the work. We decided to proceed with James as the price was suitable and upon first interaction he seemed very knowledgeable. I am very glad we went with James as he is a very honest and genuine tradesman, work was top notch and one of the first workers where they would ask you what you’d want to do when there are decisions to make, rather than just proceeding with what they think is best. Highly recommend James from Coast Heating. Very reliable, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, explains everything clearly and a is really genuine person. We've used James several times now for our boiler services, repairs etc, and today he's installed us a brand new combi boiler at a very fair price. Everything was checked over and explained to us to ensure we were happy before he left. We wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you James.
