Alex was helpful from first contact through to completion. He gave good advice and explained what might, and might not, be necessary. His communications were timely and he kept us informed as to progress while doing the job. He left everything clean and tidy and went beyond expectations to make good damage caused by the failed lintel.

I looked up the company website and also the YouTube videos they'd posted before contacting them. Alex gave me unbiased information about the survey I'd previously had on my cavity wall ties. He knows this area well and tells you straight about whether or not you need any work carried out. The job took nearly three full days and during that time Alex kept me informed about what he was doing and why. He worked hard at it and I'm really pleased with the result. It's a messy job but he managed to clean most of the dust and debris up. I'd use Coastal Wall Ties again.

Having used them previously for a paticularly bad wall and were very impressed with the standard of work we got them back (after several years) to repoint the rest of the house. Glad to say the standards are just as high and just as efficient. The house looks like new.

Alex repointed 1930s brickwork and replaced wall ties as necessary. He did an excellent job, and the appearance and condition of the brickwork has been vastly improved. He explained what he was doing and offered advice on other related matters. He was very considerate at all times and made an impressive effort to tidy up at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
