I rang with a very urgent request for help. Coastal Alarms rearranged their itinerary for the day so as to be able to meet with me within a couple of hours of my call. They assessed the damage to my existing alarm system and proposed a new better updated solution. They discussed their short term work plans with their existing customers and arranged to start work on the installation of the new system for me the next day. Within the day, my property was protected with the new system. To achieve this required a long day and was very much appreciated. Follow on work was carried out afterwards

Really good communication, Jack was clear and precise about the work that needed doing, quoting for a new system and disabling an old one until we are ready to upgrade. Nice to communicate via WhatsApp. Very warm, welcoming and friendly.

After a problem with my alarm system I posted on Checkatrade and Coastal responded and were here in just over an hour. They resolved the problem and serviced the system. I am happy with their work and the person doing the job.
