Very prompt response when asking for help. Founds out the source of the problem, quick at fitting amplifier to reinstall and tune channels back into the tv.

Craig is your man if you want your TV installed. He helped reassure me that my 65-inch OLED TV will fit my wall, even though I was very much doubtful after having an Amazon engineer tell me otherwise. Craig came over and checked the wall and said I could go ahead and was confident that he would get it on the wall. It was touch and go for awhile but unperturbed, Craig found a way – and now I have the beast of a TV on my wall. He also set up my sound bar plus he also installed a new 43-inch QLED in the bedroom with a sound bar too. Would definitely recommend him for future TV exploits.

Called Craig about the lack of Freeview channels for our Smart TV and he round in less than 20 minutes diagnosing the problem. Turned out our aerial cable had a break in it up on the roof. He had it fixed very quickly and charged us a reasonable rate. He was polite, efficient, friendly, and tidy. Would recommend.

Craig responded straight away, came the next day (as I explained it might be dangerous) removed it quickly and efficiently. Fantastic job. Very professional.
