Called Craig about the lack of Freeview channels for our Smart TV and he round in less than 20 minutes diagnosing the problem. Turned out our aerial cable had a break in it up on the roof. He had it fixed very quickly and charged us a reasonable rate. He was polite, efficient, friendly, and tidy. Would recommend.

Craig responded straight away, came the next day (as I explained it might be dangerous) removed it quickly and efficiently. Fantastic job. Very professional.

Craig was super responsive from the first message I sent, asking if he could help install my TV on the wall. He could not be more helpful! Supplied all the fixings and cable management, including an aerial extension. Craig's work is impeccable, so so pleased - he even lined the TV up to be symmetrical to painting (down to a mm!) He's also really friendly, lovely to chat to, and works fast! Would highly recommend, and will :)
