  Replacement roof and internal damage repair

  Once again Chris has worked to an extremely high standard on my tenanted property. He is a most capable and experienced builder and I am confident in his workmanship and advice. Chris was very accommodating when I asked him to do some extra jobs and he always has the solution for problem repairs. Throughout the roof replacement and internal damage repair, again he kept me updated and well informed with videos and photographs of his progress. Chris and his team are skillful, knowledgeable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend CNC Renovations for any building project or repair

  Bathroom Refurbishment

  This is the second time we have used Chris and his team and it wont be the last! Another excellent job, we couldn't be more pleased. The project involved tiling, fitting wall panels, a shower and enclosure, basin / sink unit and radiator - all of which were finished to the highest standards. Chris is approachable and communicates clearly, with regular updates. He goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is just as you want it. Reliable, competitively priced and excellent standard of work - we highly recommend Chris and his team.

  Porch Extension, sink installation and fireplace removal

  Chris and his team delivered a result that was better than we had planned, they suggested improvements to the job as it progressed. Chris was excellent at communicating with us at every stage and kept us updated so we were confident that the project was delivered on budget and met our requirements fully.   Corrected and Refitted guttering - old building with profile sheet steel roof

  Chris was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Outlined his plan, submitted a quote, organised scaffolding and materials, communicated with coincidentally affected parties and completed the work in good time and to a high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project.

  Internal partial structural collapse of bathroom floor

  Chris did a fantastic job! He is very professional and is very approachable. I sent him structural engineer's drawings and he visited the house to take a look. Chris explained everything that he would need to do to complete the repair and all of the trades required. His team started and finished the job when he said they would, which was important as the house is tenanted. Chris kept me well informed and sent me photographs of his progress each day. Once completed, the team cleaned and tidied the area. I would thoroughly recommend Chris as he is reliable, conscientious and professional.

  Insulation, Renovation, Innovation.

  Chris Norton's gift for team-building has taken care of our Victorian house for some 15 years, from minor problem to major project: maintaining a chimney stack; replacing a full set of joists; weather-proofing a cellar; remodelling a kitchen; excavating and enlarging an exterior stairway; insulating and re-roofing a 1970s extension; first servicing and several years later replacing a bridging fire escape. These are some of the tasks we have set him, and each time he has been able, as and when necessary, to call on trades both skilled and personable. Always in demand, always professional.
