Mike inspected the flat roof and quickly told us that the leak was not coming from the flat roof itself but from damaged roofing felt. He provided a very competitive quote to repair the damage. The work was completed on time and I was kept informed by Mike along the way. I was very impressed with the work Mike and Cal’s approach.

Great job Mike and Callum. We are very pleased with the roof repair to our pitched roof, installing a felt support tray, which had been omitted by the original builders. They installed air vents, which again, should have been fitted when the pitched roof was constructed. Moss was cleared and moss deterrent was applied. Fantastic job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Mike and Callum couldn't have been more helpful. The job was more complex than I thought and they provided several options and quotes. They took care to explain each option, the benefits and negative aspects and there was no pressure to make a decision. Once instructed a date was set immediately, they arrived as promised and worked diligently the whole time - even refusing refreshments. They were courteous and considerate throughout. The work was completed without issue and the site left tidier than before their arrival. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and Callum did a fantastic job fitting a new roof on my house, not only did they do the roof but they also fitted new guttering and replaced the water damaged ceiling's from where the roof used to leak. Could not be happier with the job they have done.

I used CMW repairs to fix a problem I had with my chimney the job was completed to a professional standard for a reasonable price there was clear communication throughout the job being carried out and I was extremely happy with the completed work would definitely use again
