Carlos has been doing repairs on my boiler and general plumbing work for over 10 years. Have always found him courteous and extremely efficient in all the work he has done for me. He is a good communicator and always goes the extra mile to sort out any problem. As I am a landlord and not on site when he carries out repair work, always sends me before and after photos.

I have one Worcester and one Vaillant boiler and have employed CMSC over several years and have found Carlos Serna to be very reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
