Bathroom and cloakroom refurbished. New boiler and Hive installed.

Mitchell, Craig and their team have done a great job on my new bathroom, cloakroom and top-of-the-range combi boiler (with Hive) installation. From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard, with great care and real attention to detail. Craig consulted me on every decision, no matter how small, which I really appreciated—it meant I felt completely involved and confident at every stage. The end result is superb, and I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—they’ve been professional, skilled, and a real pleasure to work with.

Leak in bathroom coming through kitchen ceiling below

I contacted C & M based on the reviews of others. Great response - came to the house when they said they would and despite the job being a bit awkward access wise, they were happy to take it on. It was fixed within a couple of hours even though access was tricky. Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend to others. A thorough job, clean and tidy work and a dry ceiling! Will use again.

All sorted in a single day, from initial telephone response and site assessment through to collection of parts and actual repair work, which was more extensive than originally envisaged. Highly satisfied with the outcome.

I couldn’t be happier with C&M, from the start they were responsive and professional, quickly scheduling a visit. Throughout the job, Mitchell was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home, leaving everything neat and clean. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was working perfectly and leak free before he left. Highly recommended.
