Connor was extremely polite and reliable. He was very skilled laying the tiles which we are very pleased with. He was trustworthy when we had to leave him alone in the house.His estimate was accurate.

Had a load of failed tiles from a fairly new install from a previous contractor and conor managed to fit me and rectify the issue with ease. Would highly recommend.

After initial great back-and-forth on WhatsApp with an agreed quote and date range - proceeded to ghosted me when the time came. Not even and "I'm sorry, but I've over committed". I would have understood. I could have found an alternative. Just plain rude and unprofessional. Wasted my entire week waiting for him to show. Back to square one. Frustrating. Just communicate!
