  Service of heat pump

  The heating engineer who came to service our heat pump was very pleasant, helpful and arrived on time. The lady we spoke to when we were contacted was also very pleasant and efficient. Having no experience of heat pumps prior to moving in this house, we were so grateful for the support given. We will definitely use them again.

  Replacement of old boiler with a new one.

  The engineer from CML, Saul, arrived on time. He put mats down to put his tools on and used foot coverings to protect our floors. Whilst being polite and friendly, he got on with the job. I was also pleased that he identified a fault with the gas meter and notified Cadent. The engineer waited until Cadent replaced the meter and checked everything again before certifying our new boiler. The whole experience with CML was great from start to finish- booking the job through CML’s Nicola to having a warmer house and much more efficient hot water flow - very pleased.

  Remove and cap 2 radiators

  Was updated on when the plumber would arrive; he was helpful and polite and tidied up as he went. Having them back to fit new radiators down the line.

  Kept getting ignition lockout and had to keep restarting boiler.

  Chad came to fix it the same day that I called CML Plumbing . He was a really nice polite chap and sorted the problem. I would recommend CML to anybody and the price was very reasonable.
