    Assembling IKEA bunk beds and table

    Clive did an excellent job of assembling my IKEA furniture. He arrived as expected and just focused on the job in-hand. He was careful to follow the instructions and finished the job much more quickly than I expected. I would certainly use Clive again.

    BATHROOM COVING FITTING

    CPM Clive came on time to replace a fallen piece of plaster coving that came away from the ceiling and wall . He got on with the job in hand and was very professional with a number of tools he used, once finished he made sure any mess left was cleaned up. So done a cracking job and would definitely recommend him , we for sure will be using CMJ Property Maintenance again.

Hello, I specialise in home repairs, garden maintenance, and snagging. I am also a professional decorator carrying out water damage repairs and small decorating jobs, including making good after electrical and plumbing installations.


I have an eye for detail from my experience from larger renovations to repair and finish jobs to a high standard. I have years of experience finding innovative solutions to repairs.


While doing a good job is really important to me, respect for someone’s home is also core to how I work. I like to be courteous and polite, work in a tidy manner and try to minimise the impact of the work on my clients. I have experience working in tenanted properties and with vulnerable customers, always making sure to communicate clearly, empathetic to their needs.


I cover all your home repairs, snaggings, maintenance including:



  • Gardening (strimming, lawn-mowing, pruning, weeding)
  • Carpentry (door furniture repair/replacement, shelving, kitchen cabinet hinge repairs)
  • Decorating (filling and repair of walls, repainting, repair of water damage.)
  • Finishing touches (flat pack assembly, snagging lists, picture frames, blind fitting)
  • Plumbing (tap replacement, toilet cistern and seat replacement)
