  Brilliant! Communication was fab, kept me in the loop at all times and explained everything that was being done and findings. Offered advice for what I would need to do going forward. Would definitely recommend and hire again if needed!

  I rang Chris this morning and said I was out for the day on important business. He volunteered to come and sort the problem out at 6pm and true to his word he arrived on time, assessed the problem and had the solution to clear the blockage in no time at all.

  Chris was professional from the first moment. He was clear in his explanations and took time to make sure I understood what was happening. He was very efficient and I was very pleased with the job he did… even charged me less than quoted as the job turned out to be simpler than anticipated. Highly recommended!
