At first, the engineer came across as very nice and knowledgeable, which gave me some initial confidence. I hired him to fix my dishwasher, and although he couldn’t pinpoint the exact fault, he suggested we try replacing parts one at a time to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, after that initial visits, he completely disappeared. It has now been over three months with no response to my calls or texts. I even tried submitting another request through their website just to get in touch—still nothing. No updates, no explanations, and certainly no resolution to the problem I paid them to fix.

The replacement fridge he ordered and fitted for us is placed incorrectly meaning that the doors don’t shut properly. It also ices up all of the time and it was fitted too high meaning that we can’t reach the top shelf. We have contacted this company many times to ask him to come and fix the issues but after being initially told he was sick and couldn’t come, we now get no response at all. We will have to pay for another engineer to fix the work completed by this company.

On time very friendly with good advice

I received top quality service from Cavan. Lovely and very discreet young man, he executed the job with high quality in mind. He fixed both my washing machine and oven in a very short period of time. All this very quietly whilst I was lying down in the couch unwell. Excellent all around. I can highly recommend him for any appliances that need fixing at a very competitive price. There was a irritating leak inside my washing machine drum that was slowly getting worse over time, but help came and sorted me out. Since helping me out, I've not had any problems.
