  I found Julian in Checkatrade. Due to the high ratings, I decided to give him a try. My problem was solved in a 30-minute phone call & I was charged as per first asvised.

  Networking issues

  Julian was great. He was very patient with my extremely slow responses to start with due to unforeseen circumstances. Julian showed the highest levels of professionalism. Although Julian is very clearly extremely knowledgeable in the field, Julian made sure to do extra research before coming on site ensuring the job was completed in the most efficient manner! Cannot recommend enough! Great work, thank you again.

  Printer Issues

  They gave various solutions to the problem so I didn't need to buy a new printer, only had to buy new ink.

  Printer issue

  My father was struggling with a printer issue a few days after ordering new cartridges. The ink came out blurry and was an unusual colour on the paper. Some cartridges had stopped working. Julian phoned my Dad and did a video call to diagnose the problem. He gave him thorough advice and did not take any payment as he did not end up coming for a call out visit. It was very kind of him and he knows a lot about diagnosing printer issues. I would highly recommend his services.

  Internet connection Repair
