We came across CM Carpets following recommendation from 2 other properties on our street. The professionalism, and friendliness of the team from day one was second to none. Alan came to measure and was fully understanding of our ever changing deadlines due to other construction work. Tom, Aleesha &Alan fitted the floor, and The finish is stunning we simply love the floor. We've booked the team again for a different job in a few weeks. Would recommend to anybody.

CM carpets advised they were interested in fitting my carpet, asked me lots of questions and then advised me they would get back to me with a price and date. they never did and just stopped replying to my messages. so rude! all they had to say was no and I would have been happy, but to stop replying is just unacceptable and a waste of my time. very annoying.

Alan and his family run business really helped me out in my time of need. A nice quick easy job for them on a Thursday morning never the less, all completed to a great standard. Thanks again. Andy

Alan and his family team had to re- board and screed the entire landing. They laid the herringbone tiles and worked continuously for several hours to complete the job to a very high standard. We are so delighted with the result we intend to have our three bedrooms done in a similar way. Absolutely lovely family and I would highly recommend their services.
