This is the third time we’ve used Alan at CM Carpets and once again the service has been excellent. This time they fitted flooring throughout our whole three storey home, with LVT downstairs and carpets upstairs, and everything looks great. They’re a brilliant family business, really helpful and knowledgeable, and supported me in choosing colours and designs. I also really appreciated being able to change my mind at the last minute without any hassle. Really friendly, reliable service from start to finish, highly recommend.

We came across CM Carpets following recommendation from 2 other properties on our street. The professionalism, and friendliness of the team from day one was second to none. Alan came to measure and was fully understanding of our ever changing deadlines due to other construction work. Tom, Aleesha &Alan fitted the floor, and The finish is stunning we simply love the floor. We've booked the team again for a different job in a few weeks. Would recommend to anybody.

CM carpets advised they were interested in fitting my carpet, asked me lots of questions and then advised me they would get back to me with a price and date. they never did and just stopped replying to my messages. so rude! all they had to say was no and I would have been happy, but to stop replying is just unacceptable and a waste of my time. very annoying.

Alan and his family run business really helped me out in my time of need. A nice quick easy job for them on a Thursday morning never the less, all completed to a great standard. Thanks again. Andy
