  Callum rebedded some ridge tiles and gave my roof a general inspection. He was able to fit me in quickly and kept me updated. He took some really useful photos which were included in the professional invoice. Would use again.

  We had cracks, holes and lots of other issues on our roof which led to damp and leak in our flat. When I contacted Callum, he immediately came and had a look and within 24 hours we had a plan. Callum has been the ONLY builder who actually turned up on time and whom I never needed to chase. He is a man of his word. Callum fixed all the issues very quickly and effectively, and did not ask for unrealistic amount for the work he did. Totally recommend his services.

  Callum was responsive to my initial enquiry and my questions and concerns throughout. The work - re-felting, re-battonning and relaying my tiles was carried out in a timely manner with a lot of care taken regarding the weather and household disruption. Callum worked and communicated professionally throughout. I would definitely use Callum again

  Flat roof replacement

  Callum got in touch with me promptly and arrived quickly to take necessary measurements. He clearly explained what the problem was and gave his professional advice on a choice of materials. His quote was very reasonable. The job was carried out smoothly, with no stress involved. Callum took care of everything including scaffolding. Communication is excellent, prompt and clear responses. I am very satisfied with his professionalism overall and would definitely recommend his services.
