  Lead flashing had moved from the wall, need new sealant

  Promptly received a quote from Callum. He arrived on time and explained what the job required. Completed job and was very tidy. Upon repairing the lead flashing Callum advised us our roof tiles on the garage had no fixing cement and was not safe. He provided a quote and this was done a few days later.

  Chimney repair.

  Callum repaired our chimney but also discovered a large crack between the two houses, which he filled and repaired. He came on quickly to look at the work and quoted two options for the repairs. Many people I contacted on checker trade to look at my roof did not show up. He documented all of his work with photographs, so you could see clearly the before and after and the quality of the work undertaken.

  Callum rebedded some ridge tiles and gave my roof a general inspection. He was able to fit me in quickly and kept me updated. He took some really useful photos which were included in the professional invoice. Would use again.

  Efficient, affordable and reliable

  We had cracks, holes and lots of other issues on our roof which led to damp and leak in our flat. When I contacted Callum, he immediately came and had a look and within 24 hours we had a plan. Callum has been the ONLY builder who actually turned up on time and whom I never needed to chase. He is a man of his word. Callum fixed all the issues very quickly and effectively, and did not ask for unrealistic amount for the work he did. Totally recommend his services.

  excellent roofing service

  Callum was responsive to my initial enquiry and my questions and concerns throughout. The work - re-felting, re-battonning and relaying my tiles was carried out in a timely manner with a lot of care taken regarding the weather and household disruption. Callum worked and communicated professionally throughout. I would definitely use Callum again
