  CLS are very professional and reliable.

  This month I noticed on one side of the roof leaks appearing just above the window inside. I contacted Corey at CLS who had previously replaced the whole roof. He came round immediately and found the problem which had obviously been going on for some time. The whole of one side of the roof needed attention and roof battens replacing as well as a ventilation system at the bottom to allow airflow in the loft. Because I am surrounded by trees including silver birch which block the gutters and down pipe, these were replaced also. I am extremely happy to recommend CLS to anyone with roof problems.

  Leaking roof

  We had a leaking roof and contacted CLS—Cory came out the very next day to assess the issue and provide a quote, clearly explaining the problem on the spot. The team arrived on time, were polite and considerate, and completed the work over two days to an excellent standard. They even worked through an unexpected heavy rain shower to ensure our roof was fully watertight. Cory kept us informed throughout, sending photos and videos before, during, and after the job, and also took the time to check the rest of the roof, truly going above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CLS to anyone—

  Highly recommended, excellent roofing services

  Changed a roof vent for kitchen hob extractor. Excellent, prompt and friendly service. Clearly explained what was needed and nothing was too much trouble. Have used them before and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

  Chimney repairs

  Corry and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Corry initially came out after my enquiry about a few jobs I thought was needed. After using a drone Corry was very honest and concluded some of the jobs I thought needed doing were not needed, but the chimney was worse than expected. The scaffolders did an amazing job and were very polite and accommodating. The work took as long as estimated and to a very high standard. You can tell they take pride in their work. They tidied up after themselves every day. We would highly recommend Corry and his team for any roofing jobs.

  Finlock Gutter Repair and Re-lining

  We are absolutely delighted with the highly professional service provided by the team at CLS roofing specialists ltd. They provided us with clear advice, and took the time to discuss all the pros and cons of the different options thoroughly in advance so that we could make an informed decision. The work was completed ahead of schedule, they kept us fully up to date throughout the project, and the result looks great. They were also particularly considerate to the challenges of accessing our site through our neighbours garden. We would thoroughly recommend them and would use them in the future.

  Gable End Verge Works

  CLS did a great job replacing a cement verge on my gabled roof due to failing undercloak and general wear and tear. After my initial enquiry Corry visited my property promptly and provided sound recommendations for repairing my roof and was upfront about the need for scaffolding and cost. The work was done to a high standard and CLS were very professional throughout. CLS were also able to work through an additional problem with my roof that was discovered during the work. I also valued the drone survey of my roof and subsequent recommendations that I can bear in mind for the future. Thanks!
