We originally planned for a bathroom refit but as the original was removed it became clear that the work would involve a complete re-build. CL Home Refurbishments were able, with their ‘all problems can be fixed’ attitude, to complete the work to a wonderful degree of finishing, creating a far superior bathroom than originally planned. At all times we were consulted over the extra financial costs and increased timetable. Where issues arose CL were able to problem solve and make necessary alterations. We offer a complete turnkey solution for those wishing to undertake a property refurbishment. Offering the complete range of services from sourcing floor and wall treatments and tiling, to complete Bathroom and Kitchen refits and refurbishment. Our team are experienced in wet rooms, wood flooring, acoustic flooring, plastering, under floor heating, plumbing, etc.
To complete a high end finish to your project, we now offer a finishing spray painted method to walls, ceilings, wood work or the conventional method of painting, should you require. We find the spray finish is not only cleaner, but provides a better quality finish that our clients prefer.
Recently we’ve invested in a FESTOOL "HEPA" filtered extraction and sanding equipment that we use for all preparation work which is capable of ensuring a 90% DUST FREE environment.
Detailed sanding, filling and thorough removal of debris is essential to achieve the ultimate, professional grade finish. The FESTOOL sanding and dust extraction equipment will ensure that the transformation you require is nothing less than dynamic.
