  condensation issue in loft - installed vents

  excellent result, mixed experience surveyor initially sent a quote, then almost doubled it when realising they needed scaffolding, then reconsidered and dropped the quote back to the initial price the first tradesman accepted the job, turned up and then decided that the roof was too high(?!) 5 days later, another tradesman attended and carried out the work to an excellent standard happy with the result, but maybe choose your contractors and/or surveyors better

  Mould removal

  Daniel attended the one off my property’s that was suffering from a mould issue he quickly and professionally came to the conclusion why & provided a solution the clove team came to carry out the work and done a very effective & efficient job! I couldn’t be happier.

  Clove carried out some damp proofing works where a flat roof had been leaking. The communication was a bit frustrating - a lot of emails / texts but then dates that needed changing even after all that. Work was carried out fairly quickly but quite a mess was left so lots of cleaning up afterwards!
