This is the second time we have used Cloud Free, and we continue to recommend their services. Tony and team returned to repair and replace the downstairs (formally outside) loo roof, and did a lovely job. The roof and lead flashing have been replaced and look great. They also repointed the back of the house and replaced the rotten soffits and guttering at the back of the house. Work was completed to a high quality, on time, with all mess cleaned away and tidied up. Strongly recommend.

I contacted Cloud Free Windows to replace the glass in my UPVC frames, they blown and become stained with condensation. Diana was very helpful and patient in arranging for Tony to Visit, then once Tony visited he was very helpful and honest in saying which glass panels needed replacing, not trying to upsell in anyway. The glass was ordered quickly and the installation was very well done. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I'd 100% use them again!

I had a great experience with Cloud Free Windows from start to finish. After expressing interest in the work, I received prompt and clear communication. They requested a photo of the window along with measurements and provided a competitive quote (subject to their professional measurement). Once I accepted the quote, a measurement appointment was arranged and carried out to confirm the original estimate. The unit was then ordered, and the cat flap was installed shortly after. The installer arrived on time and carried out a professional installation. First-rate service all around.

Tony and his team were reliable, open and friendly. Ours was not a straightforward job - detecting a leak in the conservatory roof; replacing the roof and the flat roof that was alongside. Throughout Tony was clear about what needed to be done and he and his team completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Communication with the team and with Diana was open, prompt and friendly. Looking forward to booking with Tony and Cloud Nine again.

I had a roof and guttering replaced for one of my properties. I have to say the team were amazing and works were done to a very high standard. Since the first job I have used Cloud free on numerous properties where they have carried out works for Roofs, Windows and guttering and I can say i have had no issues with the works carried out. All works were very good and they always do a clean job and don't leave a mess.

I had all the windows replaced on my maisonette, the guttering replaced and tiles on the roof repaired. I went with Tony as I felt the most comfortable with him when he came round to quote and as a woman living this was very important to me. He wasn't pushy after quoting and was this was in line with others I'd received. He and his team were respectful and tidy when they were here. They completed the job in the time frame quoted. I'd use Cloud free in the future and I've recommended them to friends and would recommend to others.
