We had a double-glazed window randomly shatter in one of our conservatory doors and the Cloud9 team came the same day to review the situation, advised on the immediate steps to take that day to make it safe, booked in a replacement service for the following week and got it done. The team who replaced my window units did the job quickly and well. They were polite and respectful during their visits. I can't believe the difference it has made having the units replaced - I now have a lovely clear view out.
