  Replacement roof verge

  Carl came promptly to assess the crumbling verge on my roof, and advised replacement with dry verge system. I gave him the go ahead, and he completed it 2 days later, a superb job, and I was able to inspect it myself, I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Carl Lock was quick to respond, called on time to assess the work required and on the due day started work on time. The work invoved re-roofing 2 out buildings and these were completed satisfactorily and well within the timescale. I would definately recommend Carl. Graham Harrison Handbridge

  Driveway

  This is the third time Carl has carried out driveway and patio work for us. It has all been completed with care and attention to detail and Carl has always explained what he is doing and the reasons for it , choosing the best solution for any problem. We continue to be very pleased with the final results.

  Carl gave brilliant advice with his initial quote saving us a lot of money on work that didn’t need to be done. He gave expert advice throughout the job on what boarders would look nice and what would make the driveway look its best. He was reliable, friendly and approachable with any questions.   Replacement of drain cover in a resin bond driveway, followed by cleaning and resealing

  The tradesman turned up on the days when he said he would, weather permitting, and just got straight on with the job, with no time-wasting, only stopping to check with us on a particular aspect of the job, before continuing. He also gave us advice and options before he proceeded. The work has only just been completed, but everything looks satisfactory so far. A quick and efficient worker, something of a rarity these days, as far as our experience is concerned.
