    Our go-to person for every project

    We first met Perri in 2024 when he built a catio in our back garden, and we were so pleased with his work that we’ve continued to rely on him for a range of projects around the house ever since. From creating custom bookshelves and a drinks cabinet to fitting a new front door, every job has been completed to a very high standard. Perri is always punctual, communicates clearly throughout the process, and takes real pride in his work. His care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail make him a pleasure to work with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

    Perry is very skilled and excellent at his job. He has done multiple projects at my house - from building a loft extension to making and fitting bespoke cupboards in the lounge. He delivers on time and is great value as well as delivering quality work to a very high standard. He’s a thoroughly lovely guy too and is extremely trustworthy. You’re in safe hands if you hire Perry.

    Fantastic workmanship and a lovely guy

    Perri has done a few jobs for us in our new houses. He did some custom made bookshelves first of all which were great. We wanted an oak finish so he advised on the right laminate to use and constructed it with MDF and laminate over the top and they look fantastic. He then did a custom desk / bookshelf in an alcove overlooking the garden which has become our favourite spot in the house. He also did a tricky repair to our fireplace. He’s a very skilled workman and a lovely guy!!

    Perri was clear in all his communications and responded promptly to my questions. He is a very skilled carpenter and he did a wonderfully professional job at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the work and I wouldn’t hesitate in using him again. He is also a really lovely guy.

    Door hanging

    Peri was great and mating a square doors fit into an old Victorian frame with no square angles. Including extending the doors to fit odd and non standard frames. Very happy with the result

My name is Perri, I am a skilled carpenter with 10 years of experience. The early part of my years being in both first and second fit carpentry and in the later years transitioned into bespoke furniture making, please look at the gallery to see some of the projects I have completed. This was always a passion of mine and was making furniture many years before it became my primary professional focus.

I have worked in the construction industry coming up to 15 years, a large portion of that was with a building company that worked on small projects such as kitchen/bathroom installation to large projects such as loft conversions and wrap round extensions. This has allowed me to gain a lot of experience in many different building professions and work on a wide range of different property types.

This passion became a business in 2019 during the COVID Pandemic when I was unable to work and needed something to occupy my mind and keep me busy. Later in 2019 I was able to return to work but continued to accept small projects and grow the business in my spare time. In April of 2022, I decided to leave my job and work full time on CliveCrafts. I have not looked back since!

A big part of my company ethos is customer service, and I strive to make any job I attend be a pleasant experience for all customers. This is done first with my demeanour, being polite and conducting myself in a professional manner. Secondly, when working onsite, being sure that I am organised and leaving my working area clean and tidy upon completion of the job.
