  Trusty and not even slightly rusty!

  I intended to txt Clive but inadvertently telephoned, he is polite and approachable and agreed to call the next day (a Monday). The work involved more than I anticipated because the WC Cistern had a no-name flush which doesn't fit the more modern types, however he changed everything over to quality parts without any fuss or drama. I have had Clive around over the last 10 years or so periodically and always does a professional job. Punctuality and communications are excellent, quality parts matter.

  Installing new washing machine

  Clive removed an old washing machine, installed a new one, and took care of the disposal. He was able to do this job on the same day I called. Really friendly and professional over the phone

  No communication, broke the unit, took money, started ignoring

  Horrible, horrible and once again horrible. Doesn’t communicate with you. Overcharges you (£210 for an hour’s work of hanging a shower on the wall). The job was not neat at all, and he broke my brand new shower (which was £50 less to buy than his charge to put it up) by making one of the buttons jammed. Then he ignores you, doesn’t pick up the phone once he has his money. Cheap scammer. Be aware.

  Clearing and rerouting bath waste with new trap

  Clear and friendly advice, Clive diagnosed and dealt with the problem of repeated blocking of the waste from the bath with no fuss and at reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
