John and his team were great from start to finish. John came to do an initial survey and quote very quickly (which was very reasonable compared to others I'd had, and also very reasonable with the cost for the initial survey) and was able to do the job the next week. They arrived exactly when they said they would and carried out the work as described. Very neat and tidy too. Certificates / guarantee for the work followed very promptly. John did an excellent job recently in repairing an area of long-standing damp in my lounge.
