This company are really professional and reliable. Initial visit to estimate job and provide quote gave us confidence because of Jim's thoroughness and strait forward manner. The price to take out an old back boiler and replace it with a new combi boiler plus replace rads was very competitive. Jim also managed to supply rads to our particular taste. The fitters were very personable and worked quickly and tried to keep the mess down. They completed the work to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards and took away all old deris. Thankyou and well done Jim, Alan and Ian.

Would definitely use this team again. The job was completed very efficiently and with no mess. The engineer was very courteous and happy to answer questions not necessarily related to the job in hand. Great to have a reliable service provider close by.

Our boiler was a bit of a museum piece. It broke down every winter but because of its location, no one seemed keen to take on the job of replacing it. However, Climate Solutions offered just that...a solution. They scoped the job efficiently and started the work very promptly. Their workers were extremely courteous and very skilled. They clearly prided themselves on doing a good job. They were cheerful and technically skilled, taking time to explain how the system worked. The whole process of installation went to plan and we are very happy indeed with the outcome.

Got boiler issue on the boiler fan and pump since advised by the last boiler specialist, recommended by my neighbor with Climate Solutions Ltd. Quick Diagnostics by the team. Suggested a boiler replacement of our previous 17-18 years old boiler, instead repairing the boiler with potential recurrent issues. Quick and efficient turnaround. Tidy, professional and effective installation from Mike, Keith and Tony. The whole boiler has been installed within a single day and operative at once. A bit pricey but reasonable considering the craftmanship and professional service. Highly recommended.

Called these out for a problem with my central heating - that I couldn't get it to turn off. They offered an appointment within 24 hours; turned up on time; quickly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary part with them, obtained a quote for me on the supply & fitting, which seemed very reasonable. And they were done and gone within 90 minutes of arrival. I would happily recommend and use them again myself.
