CSR have installed an ASHP and batteries and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. It mat seem strange but one good thing about them is that if something goes wrong, they fix it.

Sought quotes for the installation of a battery from 4-5 companies, several of whom didn't reply. Whilst not the cheapest quote supplied, the others all offered a system with mixed reviews online,. and having had an extremely positive experience when CSR installed an air-source heat pump earlier this year, I chose the company for this latest job. I was not disappointed -usual attention to detail in suggesting the most suitable set-up. and careful installation by a skilled and friendly engineer who helpfully talked through work-arounds to minimise the disruption during installation.

Heat pump installation by Climate Save Renewables started 29th April, promised in one week — not finished until 21st May with zero communication. Damage caused: roof water leakage requiring costly repairs, electrical short circuit leaving ceiling lights dead, and drilling debris covering my entire home office including laptops, monitors and printers — with no protective measures taken. Shockingly, their staff spent two days on hold with Samsung just to understand the heat pump controls. Management showed complete indifference and never responded to complaints.

I had several companies quote me for installing a heat pump with wildly different quotes and information about how and what would be fitted. This company was the first that made sense and made money saving suggestions. I'd already hacked using them when the quote came in, much more reasonable than others. The work was brought forward because I ran out of oil and completed in 2.5 days. They were all easy to contact and friendly and helpful. I'm now enjoying a warm house, hot water and only a slight raise in electricity. I would definitely recommend Climate Save Renewables.

A 7kWh heat pump was speedily installed at my property by a very efficient and friendly team of engineers, who worked adroitly to minimise disruption. The work was completed on Friday, and on the following Monday the resultant debris (carboard boxes, old gas boiler, etc) which had been carefully stored on my driveway were removed. The heat pump works well and is quieter than I expected. Would highly recommend this company.

I was most impressed with the help provided with my Solar system when it failed to reboot. The e mail advice service was prompt and thorough and when the engineer visited, the problem was quickly identified and solved. Special thanks Liam who took time to take me through the reboot protocol and helped set up the app running the system on my phone. Excellent service.
