Found Clifton Property Services from the Worcester website, for approved companies to service their boilers. They were very responsive, communicative and professional. After a servicing of our boiler, it was clear we needed a new one installed. Sami and their team did an excellent job in making the process clear and handled the installation meticulously. New boiler installed and a 10 year warranty, with annual servicing. Great company and really pleased that we can rely on them in future for services.

Sami is very experienced, efficient and skilled with boilers and heating systems. I had a big problem with my boiler which was broken. . He helped me source a replacement heat exchanger ( saving me money) and then installed it and serviced the system. He is reliable and trustworthy.

Had an issue with our heating breaking down late on a freezing Saturday. Clifton Property Services came out same evening, which was a life saver. Team was professional and explained everything in simple terms. Took about an hour to fix the problem and they even checked over the rest of the system to ensure no other issues. Price was very reasonable considering it was an emergency.

Sami is excellent - reliable hardworking and sorts things out. Our boiler was leaking with high pressures and he came to repair and service it. We've used them in the past for routine services and repairs too. Nice guy.
