Very good communication with Melak, he was able to advise me on the best solution for an air con unit for my new garden room. He installed on the agreed date, unit commissioned and explained to me. Melak and his team from Clever Heating and Cooling were very professional. Communicated by phone and email answering my questions before I accepted their quotation. They turned up on the day agreed, and were good workers and cleared up after themselves. They demonstrated the new units and loaded the app on my mobile phone. Extremely satisfied with Melak's recent installation of my garden office AC. Excellent work with a high-quality finish. He patiently helped me set up WiFi and explained everything clearly. Melak offered a competitive price & kept me informed throughout some delays caused by the manufacturer (Daikin). Clever Heating and Cooling solutions Ltd is a multi skilled company operated from the garden city of Aylesbury.
Ever since its inception in 2018 we have been able to provide services to clients in the areas of Domestic air conditioning unit installation and servicing as well as domestic plumbing installation and maintenance. Clever heating and cooling solution is a young company operated and run by engineers with lots of years of experience in the engineering field for many years.
The level of services that are offered are indicative of the many years of experience of the engineers working in the company.
Our services are far and wide, we have clients in our books as far away as 60 miles from base and we endeavour to reach them what ever the circumstances.
Our prices are one of the most reasonable as we try to keep our overhead low but still maintain the high level of service be it on the type/make of equipment we supply or installation of items. There is no job too small for us. We understand that every job is important for the customer and the reason a customer needed the help of a professional like us is because the quality of work and materials used are important to them and we understand that.
We endeavour to keep our schedule and appointment as punctual as possible by keeping the customer advised at every stage of the project from the quoting stage right up to the commissioning and delivery of the project, most of our installation work comes with a years warranty and the equipment provided will also be covered with the manufacturers warranty as per their terms and conditions and we pass this warranty directly to the customer, some of our jobs can be viewed from our website www.clevercoolingsolutions.co.uk or www.cleverplumbing.co.uk.
