Job completed swiftly and efficiently with minimum disruption. Installer dealt with extra complication of fitting new boiler without blocking ventilation outlet for tumble dryer. No issues to date with the new boiler.

Annual Boiler Service: a very helpful engineer

The engineer attended today for the yearly boiler service. A long standing issue of the boiler reverberating very loudly especially in hot water mode was identified with the cover on. Michael the engineer spent a considerable amount of time testing the boiler and found the flue to be at fault. Seals checked and strip cleaned flue ,retest shows it working correctly now. We had our old hot water tank removed, and the boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The entire process, from the initial request for a quote until the job was completed, was so easy, polite and professional. One engineer did the whole job in two days, and it's done well, not a rushed job. He did a particularly great job of moving the flue outside, we commented on how good it looks compared to our neighbours! I cannot recommend this company enough.

Two Chrises came and fitted a new boiler removing the old hot water tank as well. They were incredibly friendly, polite and also very tidy! I would happily recommend them to anyone needing their services. Work was completed by mid afternoon with very little disruption to the water and heating. They were also able to complete the work within a week of getting a quote.

The company were extremely helpful and were able to undertake the job within a short time. The engineer was very helpful and did an excellent job. He left everywhere clean and tidy.
