Theo did a great job of completing the service efficiently and explaining various technical aspects to me. He helpfully got our gas fire back up and running after the pilot light went out. Theo phoned me to give me an eta and was here on time. One of the best service engineers we have had to sort out our Worcester Bosch boiler.

From start to finish this company were brilliant. The price was very reasonable and the communication through out was excellent. The engineer who installed the boiler was brilliant I think his name was Marcin . He was friendly and very tidy . A great experience from start to finish and I thoroughly recommend them .

My existing boiler was condemned on a Wednesday. I spoke with Clever Energy Boilers that day, a surveyor came round the next day and provided me with a quote. Everything was explained very clearly based on the type of boiler I chose, a quote provided and installation scheduled for the Monday which went ahead without a hitch. I'm very happy with my new boiler and the process with Clever Energy was seamless, everything went without a hitch and I'm very happy to have hot water again! I would definitely recommend this Company.
