Did a paid job for me, and then actually charged £50 to quote for another job at the same address (!) - which would've taken about 5-10 mins to price-up. I paid it as I hadn't noticed it itemised on the invoice, but then he didn't even bother to send me the quote anyway ! Chased it 3 times but now I've had enough. Won't use again and wouldn't recommend. Sick of some tradesman thinking it's ok to operate like this.

Ben did a wonderful job, just what I wanted. The work was done quickly with care taken for protection of stairs etc. Standard of work was impeccable. I would certainly recommend Ben and use him again.

Would not recommend. Once has your money very poor aftercare. Originally contact to repair/ complete pipe work to my radiators and connect them. In addition to system requiring bleeding due to radiators not heating up. Pipework in bedroom was damaged and ideally needed replacing . On initial visit said would replace bent / damaged pipework as part of the quote however when work was done did not change pipe work and simply connected using existing pipe work. Since had issue with leaking radiators told to sort bleeding radiators myself. Offered refund but now gone SILENT. Avoid!!!

Ben was fantastic. He came round after a job locally and at short notice. Despite my insurance’s engineer stating that he’d need to cut into my downstairs access, Ben took one look at it and solved the problem! We went from the possibility of hours worth of work and additional damage to 10/15 mins and done without any additional damage to our property! 100% recommend him & am saving his number for sure!

Ben was very professional and courteous and always kept me informed at all times. Great work efficient. Competitive pricing and would highly recommend his services.
