EICR and issues with 2 x light fittings and a kitchen socket

Polite and friendly people however I wasn't satisfied with/confident in the service. EICR completed within approx 25mins despite being advised by the company at the time of booking that it would take around 2 hours. Issues with switch in kitchen not addressed despite this being requested and paid for, reason given was that the brand of the switch was unknown which seemed strange, particularly given the switch had been looked at during a previous visit and repair agreed. Issue with oven tripping electric raised during initial call and 2visits but this was not explored/addressed as requested
