James & his team have been servicing my pond for many years now. They always take extra special care with the koi & other fish. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend Clearwater Ponds & Landscaping.

I'd thoroughly recommend James and Toby for any maintenance work you need doing to your pond. We have a large pond which had been leaking water for some time. They emptied the pond, put the fish in large holding tanks, and quickly identified where the leak was coming from. James found a creative solution to widen the shelves around the pond, meaning that we can have many more plants in the water. They had to order a larger liner which meant the work overrunning slightly, but the wellbeing of the fish remained paramount to them through the process. A great job completed by friendly guys!

Excellent level of quality- nice people

James and his team did an amazing job I would highly recommend James. His communication was 10 out of 10 and I always knew where I stood with him, what he was doing and when he was coming. He was very, very tidy and the patio area looks fantastic. James cleaned out the pond, planted plants added fish, water feature and patioed over the edge of the pond. It looks better than we expected. Will be using James again for sure.

James and the team are fantastic. I have quite a large pond that wasn't in use from several years and they did a great job cleaning and installing all new equipment. There were a few challenges with leak and water blade but they ensured those were resolved promptly and kept the communication going as well. Courteous and honest set of people. I'd recommend 100%
