We recently had Ben install four new radiators in our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The difference they’ve made is incredible – the house definitely feels warmer already. Ben was fantastic from start to finish! He is a friendly chap and very reliable. Ben arrived on time, completed the job promptly, and left everything neat and tidy once the work was done. We’ll definitely be calling on Ben again for any future plumbing work, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks again, Ben – great job!

Ben started the job back in Jan 24 - he supplied / fitted a p shaped bath, shower / screen and 3 wet wall boards around this area. He then suggested that we needed a new sink and toilet so we then paid him to complete that. My mum was rushed to hospital with meningitis so I paused the rest of the work. My husband then noticed issues with the workmanship -eg 1 of the boards had been cut too short so an odd piece had been inserted, the sink + toilet haven’t been fixed to the wall, the bath panel isn’t fitted correctly. Ben acknowledged the issues + agreed to fix then but hasn’t shown up 3 times
