When I originally contacted this company after having a bad experience with another company locally I was a bit apprehensive, but the lady I spoke to was lovely and put my mind at ease, as I’m quite old everything was explained to me about the process, they gave me a call an hour before they arrived to remind me which I asked them to do and the man who arrived to do the cleaning was so nice I’d recommend this company to anyone they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Had the roof, driveway and patio cleaned and could not be more pleased with the finish, I was apprehensive about the roof as you hear so many horror stories about bad workmanship but I cannot praise Jamie and his team enough.The 2 guys that done the work were both polite tidy and punctual. We have a Health & Safety Company on board who provide constant training and support to all our team. We take all the necessary precautions to ensure that the work is completed safely with minimal disruption to you and your customers. All our Clearwater staff have enhanced DBS checks, are health and safety trained and hold CSCS cards. Clearwater Cleaning Services Kent LTD are fully insured and members belong to Construction Line and Safe Contractor. We also cater for residential customers too.
